About The Project

HBOX partnered with Reclaim to design and develop a digital wellness platform from concept through launch. The primary objective was to create a private, supportive environment that empowers users to take control of their recovery journey at their own pace. The product needed to remove stigma, reduce intimidation, and provide structured guidance without external pressure.

The engagement began with defining a product framework that balances emotional sensitivity with behavioral structure. User journeys were mapped to ensure clarity at every stage, from onboarding to daily engagement. Each interaction was intentionally designed to feel reassuring and encouraging, helping users build consistency without feeling overwhelmed or judged.

The project covered product strategy, UX architecture, and UI system design, resulting in a secure, scalable mobile experience.
