Project Overview

SEIYON+ was envisioned as an enterprise grade digital product aimed at modernizing automotive service booking. The goal was to create a centralized platform that connects users with verified service providers while giving businesses a scalable foundation to manage services, bookings, and customer interactions. The client required a solution that could support growth, localization, and long term maintenance without compromising usability.

HBOX partnered with SEIYON+ to design, build, and maintain a complete mobile application ecosystem tailored for the automotive market. The engagement began with in depth user research to understand service discovery behaviors, booking expectations, and trust factors influencing decision making. These insights shaped a product strategy focused on clarity, reliability, and long term scalability.

From there, our team led the UX and UI design process, translating research into intuitive user journeys and enterprise ready interfaces. Special attention was given to localization, ensuring language, content structure, and interaction patterns aligned with regional expectations. The design balanced consumer simplicity with the operational complexity required to support multiple service providers and fleet management workflows.

The solution was developed as a cross platform mobile application, delivering consistent performance across iOS and Android. Post launch, HBOX continues to support SEIYON+ through ongoing maintenance, iteration, and optimization, ensuring the platform evolves alongside business needs while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Building SEIYON+ required addressing complex business requirements while preserving a seamless consumer experience. The platform needed a scalable architecture capable of supporting multiple automotive service categories, growing fleets, and increasing user demand without compromising performance. At the same time, the solution had to remain flexible enough to adapt to future expansion and evolving operational needs.
