AI Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our technology team and help build intelligent digital products that solve real business problems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, AI automation, data processing, and model integration within modern web and mobile applications.
This role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI driven features that improve user experience, automate business workflows, and support smarter decision making.
The right candidate should be comfortable working with AI models, APIs, data pipelines, prompt engineering, model testing, and performance optimization.

Design and develop AI based features for mobile apps, web platforms, SaaS products, and internal business tools.
Work with machine learning models, large language models, automation workflows, and AI APIs.
Build AI solutions for chatbots, recommendation systems, content generation, smart search, image analysis, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
Integrate third party AI services such as OpenAI, Google AI, AWS AI services, Azure AI, and other model providers when required.
Prepare, clean, structure, and analyze data for AI model development and testing.
Create prompts, workflows, and logic flows that improve AI output quality and business usefulness.
Collaborate with developers to connect AI features with backend systems, databases, and user facing applications.
Test AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, bias, usability, and business relevance.
Optimize AI features for speed, cost efficiency, scalability, and security.
Document AI workflows, technical logic, model behavior, limitations, and integration requirements.
Stay updated with modern AI tools, frameworks, and practical use cases that can improve company products and client projects.

2 to 4 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development with AI integration.
Strong knowledge of Python and common AI or data libraries.
Experience working with large language models, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and automation tools.
Understanding of machine learning concepts such as classification, prediction, clustering, embeddings, model training, and evaluation.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation engines, or generative AI is a strong plus.
Familiarity with backend development, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
Ability to convert business requirements into practical AI based solutions.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to test AI systems with a skeptical, quality focused mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to explain technical AI concepts in simple business language.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
